My brother, sister and I came in to Cap Fed to change and set up several accounts. Your teller, Angelina, was extemely helpful and even went above an beyond when I returned with 100 rolls of pennies that had to be counted. Angelina helped me with loading the machine and unwrapping the coins - very much appreciated! I switched my personal banking from another financial institution last year to CapFed(The Maize location).I honestly have never had such a amazing experience with the people at any other bank ever.The ladies that work here are Truly Amazing and so fun to deal with!!! With the expected confusion surrounding a system upgrade, I went in to the office for help in person and was absolutely pleased with each person who helped with different issues I was having. KUDOS to the staff! This is why we have been banking with CapFed for well over 30 years!
I have gone to CapFed for about two years and no one has cared enough to know my name. I go thru the drive-thru and the same location and nothing. However, recently I moved out west over by NMS and after 2-3 visits, I pulled up to the drive and low and behold I hear, "hi Stephanie!" and to say I was speechless is an understatement! So it’s a holiday weekend and I shop at my new capital federal branch and I need a check signed by someone here and the cashier goes running in her high heels out to the parking lot to stop the branch manager who had just been leaving for her break and then promptly sets her car down and comes back in to sign my check I think that superb service if I ever saw it wish I could’ve got a video of the cashier running in her heels.
