Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with
Company was misleading. Charged me for a 2 day delivery for a cell phone left at Columbus Airport, then shipped with a 5 day service! Was told I had to have it within 3 days! Very very unprofessional! Tried blaming it on FedEx, which I hate, but this was on Capitol! Be very aware!
Fantastic experience, fair pricing, great communication. Rory and the team handled a small project for an important client for us...they listened to what we needed...quoted a fair price...scheduled quickly and when finished they sent pics of the completed project. Will definitely use them again if we have a need in their service area. Highly recommend!
