The way that I was spoken to by Jackie, was awful. Highly unprofessional, highly condescending, and so disrespectful. Please get someone else in charge, because I have never been spoken to like this by a “business professional”. I was jaw dropped, left disgusted.

We were deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and transparency demonstrated by the seller’s agent ( CAPITAL EQUITY REALTY) on the Building we were trying to purchase. Throughout the process, we acted in good faith, investing significant time and financial resources while relying on the information provided to us. The failure to disclose a serious environmental incident is unacceptable and undermines the trust essential to any real estate transaction. Stay away from this company as a seller or Buyer.

I currently live at one of your properties that you manage called Townhomes at Easton Park. I am at my limits in regards of living here but unfortunately , as a single mother of a 3 year old and a 1 year old, not to mention I work 2 full time jobs to maintain my family, my circumstances are very limited. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company are the epitome of slum lords! It takes a minimum of 5-6 requests for maintenance to be completed if not more. They left me without heat in below zero weather for almost 2 weeks and now I have had a severely clogged toilet and bath tub for almost a week. They charge high rates yet leave residents living in unlivable condition until they feel like fixing major concerns! Absolutely horrible!
