There's something uneasy and depressing about a store that- for YEARS- has pushed their agenda for 'wellness' and 'caring'- and yet is impersonal and downright rude in terms of actual customer service. Called on a Thursday around 3:30 to see if they had anything to help me address what felt like a hard-hitting cold or flu, RIGHT before a 4 day business trip starting that evening. Phenomenal. I was filling with Walgreens for the past 8 years because that's where I started going when I moved to LA. A few days before I had to leave for a trip my prescriptions needed to be refilled and I contacted Walgreens and they said they no longer contract with my insurance, so I had to scramble last minute to get my prescriptions. I called Capitol and they immediately handled it, they transferred all of my information over, my insurance, everything, and then contacted me and had it all ready in the same exact day. ... read more
