Super friendly every time I’m there🥳
There's something uneasy and depressing about a store that- for YEARS- has pushed their agenda for 'wellness' and 'caring'- and yet is impersonal and downright rude in terms of actual customer service. Called on a Thursday around 3:30 to see if they had anything to help me address what felt like a hard-hitting cold or flu, RIGHT before a 4 day business trip starting that evening.
