Scot has zero initiative and zero problem solving skill ! He can’t make even a simple decision! Rich was a great guy and could solve the problems in a second! But his replacement is just sitting in the office and even don’t know his customers.
Amazing lack of awareness. The driver blocked the entire parking lot and gas station when there was an opportunity to park at the back of the store. The driver sat in his vehicle for the time I was in the store.
