Appointment at 0300 AM ; gate was closed i also called no answer 3 other trucks were waiting on the street to open , they let us in around 4:30; i got charged a 275$ being late i tried to talk with the shipper in the office he literally ignored me when i told him that its not fair ; very unprofessional, we driver this days get screwed by broker , warehouses and everyone

Great Experience, Empty within 30 mins, nice & clean restroom.
Scot has zero initiative and zero problem solving skill ! He can’t make even a simple decision! Rich was a great guy and could solve the problems in a second! But his replacement is just sitting in the office and even don’t know his customers.
