DR Mike and Dr Mike our Great Dentists. They are knowledgeable, friendly and resourceful in their practice!! Dr Schafhauser has been my family's dentist since he started his practice and all of my children still come back for their dental work. I went as a first time client a few months ago. The staffs were nice and I received a gift basket from them. I rescheduled my appointments due to my busy hours and when I called the clinic 45 minutes before my appointment due to waking up late and they have a 10 minutes late policy. The front desk receptionist named Sue had an attitude saying “If you’re going to make an appointment, you have to keep it.” Is it not rude to call to reschedule rather than not showing up at all? I would rather not be where I’m not welcomed.
I had a great experience at this office! I easily got an appointment for the next day. The staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait long. They worked well together and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and modern. And to top it off, they even gave me a gift! I'm very happy with my visit and give them 5 stars. I highly recommend them!
