They are pretty good for repairs, labor isn't expensive,but it seems they only carry over priced parts meant for neurotic racer types. This is coming from the horses mouth. I used to be a neurotic bike racer, and the things they are selling for bikes, now, are completely ridiculous and unnecessary. It's just laughable that some bikes cost more than a motorcycle.
