Needed a new helmet, just a cheap one to stay on the road during this cold weather. The guys really helped me out, threw in a tinted visor for my helmet for free and loaned me a tool. Spoke to a few people and all were nice and helpful.
My service was great, and I was able to fit me in for new tires without an appointment after finding a nail in my rear tire. Hopefully, next time I visit, I will be for my next service interval.
Nay, Keith, and Hayden are by far treasures to this place. Fitted me on a new bike, set me up with PPE, and had me riding in no time. Would give more than 5 stars but I can't.
So quick to over charge for services that weren’t even done and even quicker to deny the quality of an aftermarket part. People pay less to have full size vehicles worked on. What makes it worse is the technicians resolution stated the service wasn’t completed yet here we are being charged for it and told to replace a brand new part just because it’s aftermarket. Ridiculous unprofessional and very literally I would pay LESS FOR THE SAME SERVICE ON A FULL SIZE CAR
