Shawn Sneeder was absolutely amazing helping us pick out the perfect 4 wheeler for our family. He showed us different options and was straight forward with all of our questions and concerns. The whole process was seamless. We had checked out some other ATV's at other dealerships but the service did not even compare. Go check out Capitol Cycle and ask for Shawn while you are there!

Shawn sneeder was an absolute great sales associate. He didn’t push any bikes on me he let me check out many bikes. We finally found the right one and the team got me a great deal at a great price. I 100% recommend going to Shawn if you need anything. Will be coming back for an Indian in the future.

Don’t normally do online reviews but after my recent purchase of a motorcycle with William Fambro as my salesman I felt he deserved some recognition. Great personality, easy to work with. Due to my own limitations that day I wasn’t able to take delivery of my new bike (3wks ago). However, William and the folks @ Capital Cycle patiently worked with me until I was able to get a load back to GA. (OTR driver) & load it on the back of my trailer. Ordered parts for my grandsons ktm 50 and I received the parts in 2 days. Bike is running now and ready to race. Parts were also much cheaper than the local shop!
The service from Keith my salesman to Wesley tha sales manager was great. Keith was very attentive to my needs; questions were answered and concerns addressed. Even the guys in the shop were very courteous and addressed a problem I had with an old 4 wheeler. Overall a very good experience. Definitely will recommend this dealership.
