Buyer beware!!! I’ve had a financial hardship come up 2 days from signing up with capital cryo. I requested a cancellation which was refused with Hanna stating HFA would not do that. I called HFA and they have a 15 day opportunity to cancel but need to hear from capital cryo confirming the cancellation . Libby at capital cryo stated their policy doesn’t allow cancellation.
