I had a terrible experience with this Credit Union, specifically with a loan officer named Nathan. He initially offered me a rate of 2.49%. After requesting all my personal documents for refinancing, he suddenly changed the rate to 4.49% without any valid reason—even though my credit score, income, and residency were all verified and cleared. I have been with Capitol Credit Union for over 30 years. I moved from Austin to near Waco, Texas in 1996 and although there isn’t a local branch of CAPITOL Credit Union, there is a partner Credit Union where I can make deposits and withdrawals. I have had no problems conducting business with Capitol Credit Union. They are the best!!
I deposit a lot of money every month so I called to get a personal loan and told the person I was talking to that they could take the money out on the 2nd the loan was only going to b4 $300n the answer was not at this time n I was like you have got to be joking dude I was pissed I was about to short circuit but instead told him thank you n good bye
