Unreliable Notary Republic Service – I would strongly discourage anyone from using Capitol Courier for their notary public service. I scheduled a notary to come to my hospital room in Downtown Austin to have my husband and my will notarized for 1:00 p.m. I organized my attorney, two witnesses, and my husband to all be there at 1:00. When the notary did not show up at 1:15, I called the office and they suddenly changed my appointment time to 1:00 - 2:00 pm, which they never informed me of before. Bike Couriers Rock! – I've been using these guys for a while now, and things always go smoothly. The people who answer the phones are always personable and nice, and the drivers are always on time. Since I work downtown I use their bike couriers a lot, which is WAY cheap...Makes my life easier for sure!! Definitely use Capitol Courier!
Recomended!!! – I have used their services for the past 5 years on a weekly basis. They have always been able to get my delivery done in an efficient manner. Typically my deliveries have been one-day runs, but a sometimes I get in a jam and need something delivered short notice. Great Customer Service & Fast Deliveries! – I deal with Capitol Courier on a daily basis and have always had nothing but the best customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and the drivers are always on top of everything. Your packages get delivered if not in the time frame you requested, faster! I would recommend Capitol Courier to anyone. After reading the comment about Oliver I asked one of the representatives who Oliver was and Oliver has never worked there, that reviewer must have called somewhere else....
Rude – These people are rude. If you have to deal with them, try not to deal with Oliver. Must not care about customer service.
