I just had my car fixed at Capitol Cullision after and encounter with a deer. The customer service was very good, working with my insurance company and keeping me up to date with progress. Honestly, would not bring my car back here again. Brought my 2011 challenger here for a new front bumper after someone backed into it. They are an Allstate approved collision center, which is why I chose them. Let’s start with this place used to be amazing as a body shop 5⭐️’s Now not so much my car should have been complete in a week I gave them a month because I was out of town and after 5 weeks it was just getting done Missing parts , misplaced parts, bad communication.
