They always have coupons available and they give you plenty of time to come and get your clothes. They call you when your clothes have been there over 30 days and they keep calling every month for up to a year. Plenty long enough for you to remember you have clothes there.

What a joke the female working there states�dont worry you can keep your clothes here as long as you like. I try and come back cause i forgot about my clothes cause my HOUSE BURNED DOWN! And then they tell me to late when i go to pick it up! what a joke buyer beware!To boot I called there corp office in dayton was told I would get a call back then I had to wait till next day he was in meetings then the next day oh hes gone and wont be back till Monday.....

Over all service has declined. This business no longer offer coupons. This really put a strain on the working poor.
