Great staffing
Tried them 3 times and some how they managed to mess up each time. Told them no crease on both pants and they did crease on both pants. One of the pants needed to be sowed and sowing stitches clearly visible. And when you try to speak to staff, all they say is “oh sorry” wouldn’t recommend anyone.
Staff is so friendly here but the actual dry cleaning is the reason for this low review. The cleaning is not done on site and unfortunately half of the time I’ve been there I’ve been disappointed in what I received back. They put safety pins in a satin dress to help it hang even though there were hanging loops… so now I have holes in my satin dress. They didn’t even put them on a seams. Then, I got a dress back another time and it smelt so bad. I’m not sure if it was even cleaned?! But it was in the plastic.. I feel bad writ... read more
