Steve was a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative. He even went out of his way to arrange delivery of a pool table to my bar on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Would absolutely work with him and this business again.

Just recently purchased a Shuffle Alley Bowling Alley from Capitol City... After delivery, seemed 3 of the scoring modes weren't working.....Steve sent a repair technician out,, seeing they weren't working. Steve was in contact with me and He ordered all 6 new ones and a new Main board.... Service Technician was back and replaced them,,, Great people to work with. Steve took great care of me. Thank you...

Had an issue with a driver. The owner Steve called me back within 48 hours and resolved the issue. That's how you stay in business 40 years. Customer service.

Chuck and Steve are awesome people to have on your side. We had our bar for over 28 years, in that time any problems that came up were handled quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend them! And as far as selling our bar he handled very thing just as efficiently.
