Just recently purchased a Shuffle Alley Bowling Alley from Capitol City... After delivery, seemed 3 of the scoring modes weren't working.....Steve sent a repair technician out,, seeing they weren't working. Steve was in contact with me and He ordered all 6 new ones and a new Main board.... Service Technician was back and replaced them,,, Great people to work with. Steve took great care of me. Thank you...
Chuck and Steve are awesome people to have on your side. We had our bar for over 28 years, in that time any problems that came up were handled quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend them! And as far as selling our bar he handled very thing just as efficiently.
Steve and Chuck are great. Customer Service is excellent. Field techs are the best and represent the company very well. Highly recommend for your vending needs.
Machines take your money and you have no way of getting it back. Game card machines are terrible
