If I could rate this place with 0 stars I’d definitely do it! Management is very unprofessional, they talk very rudely to staff. Clients homes are dirty and in need of essential repairs! Toiletries for staff and clients aren’t available as needed! I literally had to bring my own toilet paper to work!!! If you report a behavior from a client they will treat the situation very nonchalantly and will not send reinforcements just leave staff to handle it. Horrible company! Absolutely terrible
Company needs to be investigated. Management living in clients homes, money mismanagement, horrible company!!
I went to orientation on June 16,2025. I haven't been back to work since. I have been calling to get someone, anyone to take me off their payroll. Nobody will pick up nor call back, but reported my income to social security as if they really have me working. This is very unprofessional of them, abd it shows poor work ethic. I don't care why i wasn't given a shift just take me OFF the payroll.
