Yet they treat each patient that way. The Physical Therapist are Superb, Excellent, attentive, they communicate with you. I had knee replacement surgery March 31, 2026. Attending Elite Rehab was an amazing experience! Every one was super nice and patient . There is a great improvement in my muscles and health . I have a very special shout-out to Tye who did an awesome job being gentle , kind and getting my knee back stronger than before and also a special shout out to Reagan and the others who made working out fun and comfortable ! You guys are amazing !
The problems at Capitol City start with a bizarre imbalance: way too many staff for the handful of patients I saw. You’d think that would mean excellent care, but instead it just led to confusion and loafing. There is no set standard for each patient. Also, treatments and schedules seemed to change daily based on whichever staff member happened to be around. I never knew what my plan was, and no one could give me a straight answer.
