Nothing like waiting in line for a half hour, while three people were standing around joking about the person that just left the store. Everything was as disorganized as their staff, and to top it all off they needed three people just to tell me that for a loan of the size I needed, they would need it to be approved by some guy from Kansas. So to make a long story short Capitol doesn't have a staff qualified to make their own decisions in regards to true value of your items. And a lack of respect for their customers.
