Idk where to begin with cap city. If they want to hear the complete story from us about everything they messed up, they can reach out to me… the most recent issue is that they didn’t install one of our toilets properly and the toilet was never seated on the wax ring that seals it to the flange so it slowly leaked over 2.5 years and our bathroom floor is now destroyed. This is just one of the joys of owning a cap city home. It has been a nightmare
We put a $6000 down payment on a home last April that was supposed to have been completed by July 29 2021 so that we could close on it. By September not even the drywall or anything was touched. We were told by the contractor Jason Moro that our home did not matter because it was a "spec home." The company refused to give us any deposit back. They were dishonest, unprofessional, uncommunicative, rude, shady and most of all unethical. Do not buy a home from this company. They are more buying lots and making contracts before t... read more
