Horrible client services… the women at the front desk all have the attitude like they don’t want to work or be bothered. The doctors/nurses in the back are great but that front desk runs off clientele and gives Caressouth a bad name
Today was the last straw with this place. I had an appointment at 2:40. Lady refuse to check me in due to me having my children. This place is a joke to be turned away for my children. I guess my health isn't important. Just sad. Then it takes to long to get an appointment here anyways.
I went for a dental exam, anticipating a low cost cleaning. The dentist continuously reiterated how well the condition of my teeth are during the exam. These people then turned around and gave me a quote for nearly $800 for a “deep cleaning” that would require 3 different visits!!! They said I couldn’t get a regular cleaning because my last cleaning was nearly 2 yrs ago. They tell you that you have fake cavities. They told Medicaid would pay for my 2 dental visits then billed me. Liars in every direction in billing. Will never go here again. Will tell all my friends to not go. Now I have to fight 2 bills on credit scored because they lied to me.
