We arrived at 5:30 for our scheduled tour and were turned away and told to reschedule even after showing our email confirmation. The reason we were given was that they did not have time for a tour and did not know we were coming. We were given no informational packets and no effort was put into accommodating our trip. We weren’t even offered an apology. Just did not invoke our confidence in the administration side of things.
This learning center is the absolute best!!!! They are so caring and attentive, communication is fantastic as is the care they give my child. We are fairly new to the center and couldn't be more happy! Thank you!
We have been at this daycare for the last three years for both my kiddos. We have had wonderful experiences in each stage. I cannot say enough good things about the infant classrooms. The teachers are so engaging and loving to our baby. Our oldest is in preschool and is learning great problem solving skills. The daycare is communicative and kind. I was very nervous about switching our daughter from the in-home daycare she was in from 6 - 22 months old. I am happy to report she is thriving here. They have nurtured and expanded her communication skills, and she calls her classmates her friends and is excited to go play with them and her teachers everyday. I love the updates I get throughout the day, and the staff have been diligent about notifying us of bumps and bruises that she gets as an active and exploring toddler. I feel so fortunate to have my daughter at this childcare facility. I don't have experience with any other childcare but the staff here has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to recommend Capitol Childcare Center.
