Very professional & great service.
We have been doing business with them for years & I don't know what's happened. We carried one of our maintenance trucks over there over 3 weeks ago. The second day they called us & told us it was ready that the only thing wrong was it had the wrong gas cap. We went and picked up & made it about 7 miles & it quit again. We had to get a tow truck to take it back it in. We asked the service rep if they were going to cover the towing & he said no because they did what the computer told them to do so they weren't liable. So the ... read more
Brought my truck to service dept 3 times for a part replacement in side mirror…got attitude from manager cause his people not doing their job n he wasn’t either …side mirror light still not fixed and this is a 2024 truck with less than 20k miles.
