I can’t say enough good things about Montgomery Chevrolet! My A/C went out while I was in Montgomery this week, right in the middle of this Alabama heat, and they truly came to my rescue. Their service department was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make what could have been a miserable situation so much easier. I had an oil change and a tire patched. My appointment was at 8:30 AM, but I didn’t leave until 1:00 PM, which was much longer than expected. The wait time definitely could have been better. That said, the young lady in the service department was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the service was good, but the turnaround time needs improvement.
