These idiots canceled pick up over a storm that was to be 4 inches at most. we got 0.1 inch of snow on the grass only. I seen many times of missed pick ups. busted bins. A neighbor's bin was taken because it was there at one moment then second later it's gone. They can wicked late. Bins tossed onto the street. Come on Everett get these idiots out of Everett.

Since ABC waste was bought out New Bedford is now cursed to have to deal with capitol waste services. For many years dealing with ABC I never had any problems with the regular totes being collected, since capitol has taken over there are weeks where our totes are not collected but left there with the top flipped up. I am forced to smash up large items and bag them up to get these idiots to take the bin. also I have had a terrible time dealing with them to take large items for the longest time I had no issues calling ABC to g... read more

Paid Capital Waste $70 for the removal of an old queen box spring, but unfortunately, they failed to pick it up despite two calls on the scheduled day. This isn't my first unpleasant experience with them; they've previously missed picking up bags of leaves, leaving me with a storage issue over winter. Despite assurances, they were a no-show for the box spring, forcing me to handle it alone and resulting in scratches on my freshly paved driveway due to dragging it back inside. Overall, not recommended.
