I went to the Capitol Bearing in New Braunfels with a very unusual ask. I needed a UJoint for my non factory tractor auger. The counter man went way above and beyond normal customer service. He came outside and saw what I was working on instead of saying we don't have that part. He knew instantly that Tractor Supply would have what I was looking for. They did. Had to replace a busted hydraulic hose on my tractor, but the dealer couldn't get it for a week or more. Went to Capitol Bearing and they had an exact replica made in less than 5 minutes for only a few bucks more than the dealer was quoting. Super-fast and friendly service. Definitely will go back next time I need some new hoses.
Worst service I've ever had. Just because you have quality product doesn't mean you have quality service.
