I came in to close my account. Tell me why it took Rene Kaiser more than 20 minutes to close it while she was talking to her coworkers in the back area. It was not busy and I have closed accounts before and it only takes a couple minutes. Then she calls me 7 days later to tell me it’s not closed and that a transfer went through and I called her back and told her just to write me a check for it and she never called me back. Worst web banking I have ever used. Primitive design, fewer features than other banks in Madison, and frequently locks me out with recovery features that seldom work. Must call bank (limited to business hours) and get assigned temporary password as password recovery function will not work most times. In bank personal friendly, professional and helpful.
