I had a very good experience here. Tom was very helpful with answering any questions I had about the pre-purchase inspection process. They were able to get the car I was looking at in the same day and did not take long at all to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. They found that the car was in mostly great shape besides a missing tail light and one of the passenger door actuators was broken(the motor that locks the door, kind of a big deal and about a $600 repair).
