I called about some parts and the guy, Ryan was blatantly rude. Telling me he assumes we are gonna have issues just because I'm asking for particular parts and for them not to be damaged. Then I asked him to stop being like that I am mentally disabled and cited the American with Disabilities Act federal law where he has to provide me with accommodations since he is a business that serves the public and he just laughed at me and hung up.
