Walid is amazing! We are on a road trip halfway across the country when we start experiencing a wobble that got progressively worse. Trying to find an auto shop as an out of towner is rough, but based on the reviews we decided to try Capital Auto. The service here is very amazing, the mechanic easily explained what was going on with my Corolla and what they recommended. They had an immense wealth of knowledge, and they made me feel like I was in great hands. I appreciate their help very much.
My family's van broke down at 5:15 pm on a Friday in D.C. on our way from Virginia to Wisconsin. It couldn't go more than 40 MPH. We went to Capitol Auto Care just because they were open until 6 on a Friday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were ready to fix it the next day - Saturday. As a 24 year old woman it is always difficult to find a shop that will not take advantage of you but I can honestly say you do not have to worry about that here! I had such a wonderful experience with this shop! I would absolutely recommend them for all of your vehicle needs. They were very honest and did not try to sell me anything I did not need.
