The repair time far exceeded the initial estimate, taking almost a full week longer than suggested. Had I known, I might have opted for a rental car, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, we were hit with an unexpected $70+ fee simply for using a VISA card to pay. They charge a 3% penalty for credit card payments, so if you don’t want to pay extra, bring cold hard cash. AMAZING! Had done significant damage to my front bumper, and they did amazing job fixing it! Shout out to Ian for answering all of my questions and picking up the phone every time I would call. And shout out to the amazing workers who fixed my car up for me. I dropped it off on a Monday, and it was finished that same Friday. Everything looks as good as new! Will go back to them if I ever need collision repair!
