My insurance gave this shop a run for their money and they handled it exceptionally. There was a huge misunderstanding with my car and claim assignment and they not only handled it with grace but helped me through the entire process. It was my first time dealing with insurance and with the miscommunications presented, I don’t think I could have reached a resolution without the capital autobody team. Thank you guys again
they are nice people, but I ended up having to come back a couple times as they forgot to finish certain parts of my back door repair on my Honda CRV. Now a year later, the back door doesn’t fully close and loudly rattles around which is super disappointing
I was involved in a very minor traffic accident that resulted in only slight damage to my rear bumper, as shown in the attached photo. The damage was barely noticeable. I dropped off my car at this shop and specifically requested that they call me with an estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I received a call, and the shop proceeded with the work without our approval.
