Packages stolen all the time. No one in the leasing office replies to email or phone call. Many residents got charged more than $1,000 for no reason when move out. Leasing manager clearly cannot do this job. Should find a new one for this role. Greedy management (see attached)

I had booked at appointment with leasing office well in advance for tour of the apartment today for 2:30. Had an absolutely horrible experience, kept waiting outside the doors for 15-20mins in cold trying to call the leasing office on call box as well as phone but nobody answered or helped even with opening the door. Managed to enter the premises but the office had nobody, just a board stating somebody will be back by 2pm. I waited there for 30mins till 3pm with nobody showing up. This was the most awkward tour experience ever! Despite having an appointment, no one welcomed me upon arrival. Luciana seemed completely unmotivated to work or show me the apartment. She didn’t introduce herself, and I had to ask for her name. Her attitude was dismissive, as if she was just going through the motions. She said, “I have these options available. I’m really sad to write this because I love the community here—the residents are great, and we’ve built a supportive group. But ever since MG Properties took over in 2024, the leasing office has been a nightmare and bullies residents instead of helping them. Why You Should AVOID Living Here: 1.
