I've been here for an hour trying to get the keys to my apartment and the leasing office is still no where to be seen. This is the start to my experience here and it's already a bad one. Please push punctuality to the staff as that's not what I've seen from them.
I lived at Capitol 650 for three years. Overall, my experience was fine until the property was taken over by MG Property Management. Since then, the quality of management and security has gone downhill dramatically. The garage doors are frequently broken, and there have been many cases of car break-ins and thefts inside the garage. Packages are often stolen, and the office rarely responds to emails. Miguel Fuentes helped me in a very difficult task to unclog the shower. His expertise allowed to unclog a very difficult situation and I am glad with him. Just wanted to post it here. Btw capitol 650 is great.
An incredible place to live! I’ve really enjoyed living in these apartments—I feel safe, comfortable, and free to enjoy all their amenities. Since my husband and I moved in, the management has improved a lot. I definitely recommend it.
