Update 8/6 In all fairness, I would like to give credit to Ru and Sadie. Managing a 500ish people apartment complex is not easy by 2-3 personal. And most of the issues, you see here and in other reviews, probably arise from the fact that in my opinion this place is short staffed. I believe Ru and Saddie tried their best to assist, so I will add 2 more stars because of their effort. 07/2025 update: I just won the case in a small claims court against Capitol 650. To all residents who are treated unfairly: DO NOT pay any unreasonable fees when you move out. Bring the case to a small claims court. Then you will save thousands of dollars. DO NOT be fooled by those 5-star reviews generated by AI recently. Packages stolen all the time. No one in the leasing office replies to email or phone call. Many residents got charged more than $1,000 for no reason when move out. The leasing manager clearly cannot do this... read more
