I would like to compliment Capital Window Inc. of Ottawa, led by Mr. Alex Epel, for their fair pricing and excellent-quality windows. I especially commend his window installers, Alex and Nick, for the outstanding job they did on the trim details, exterior flashing, caulking, and finishing. Their diligence, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail were clearly reflected in the superior quality of their workmanship.
Capital Windows did an outstanding job, from their no-pressure and extremely knowledgable sales (shout out to Kostyantyn), their professional and perfectionist installers and Lucy who helped me with everything through the entire process. This was a big job that involved coordination with our brick mason. I highly recommend Capital Windows for any of your door and window purchases.
