Been waiting on warranty work with these guys for almost half a year now. Ordered wrong products, non responsive to email or phone calls, leaves you on hold and forgets about you. Would not recommend. Try GREEN FOX WINDOWS if you are looking. Avoid these folks as you won’t get any help on warranties. Spent over 40k with them. Disappointing.
Our house is 45 years old and this is the best service we have ever had on windows and doors. The men were very professional and friendly and went beyond what we wanted. Fixed our screen door that other companies could not do. Great Service!! Al Cheyne
It's really a shame when people try and support local business and they treated like garbage for it. Who wants to buy from a business that: 1. Offers no warranty 2. Says that the fact they have no warranty is the manufacturer's problem 3. Does not accept honest customers making an honest inquiry 4. Takes weeks to tell you they aren't going to help you - likely hoping you will forget and move on Avoid these guys at all costs. My husband and I do a lot of renovations and we always seek out local business to support as we normally find them more knowledgable and genuinely care more about their relationships with customers. BOY did Capitall Exterior Solutions prove us wrong! We are honestly blown away by their cavalier attitude with regards to our honest concerns about the product they sold us.
