I have been going to Capital Care for approximately 15 years. When I first started the care my family and I received was phenomenal. It has declined dramatically. I had an appointment scheduled today at 11 am which I’ve had scheduled for months. As a teacher I had to wait for my substitute to arrive and unfortunately she was a few minutes late. Just had my first appointment with Dari. She is the first medical professional that’s actually listened to my symptoms, validated them, and took action quickly. I’m thrilled to have found someone who can help me, and is compassionate and determined to find answers. The reception staff is also very friendly.
If I could mark them a negative I would have. I live an hour away. I waited 6 months to get this appointment at 830am. Frist thing in the morning. I have 2 small children. I was 5 minutes late and they canceled me without any notice. The office was rude about it. I explained an they didn't care. Will be finding a new doctors office.
