If it weren’t for the front desk staff, I’d be giving this place a 5 star review for the rest of their staff and providers (Kristin Grovenger in particular is absolutely amazing). More times than not when I call, the front desk staff is extremely rude, argumentative, and in my most recent case, recently refuses to pass me off to a different representative and staff lead or office manager. One of the best primary care facilities I've been to. Very kind, clean, helpful and quick.
The staff is constantly profesonal throughout my visits or phone calls nurses are always calling checking to see how you are doing or if they can help. Doctor dollard has always been fantastic he's the reason i followed him to your practice he always listens to my issues and yes I have issues lol.i know he would make more money seeing people with better insurance but he makes me feel like I'm the most important one he has I feel more of a friend to him than a business he's a great doctor
