I’ve been coming to this practice for many years. Doctors seem to come and go, but this seems to be the norm now. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication and access to care. In the office the providers are great. Out of the office it’s literally impossible to speak to anyone. I’m not sure if the phones intentionally aren’t answered so you have to leave a message, but that’s what happens every single time I’ve tried to call. I've seen a lot of practices, for adults and peds, and this is by far, the best family practice that I have been to. From the reception all the way back to Kristen Grovenger. She is the first provider to listen to me and I feel like I'm her only patient when I'm there. She gives me her undivided attention, every time. They are efficient and will help any way they can. 10/10
