Dr. Grimm misdiagnosed the problem I was experiencing. He barely took a look at the area that I was experiencing extreme pain in. He told me I had a laceration and prescribed me an estrogen cream. I had no recollection of ever experiencing a situation where I would have gotten a wound or laceration. After 2 days of using the prescription cream, I saw no improvement in my symptoms- in fact, my pain got drastically worse and I started seeing blood. I have been a patient of Dr. Grimm and P.A. Jenna Grimm (Chantilly) for over 5 years. All of my visits with both Jenna and Dr. Grimm - from routine yearly checkups to family planning - have been pleasant. Dr. Samuel Grimm is a great listener and provider. He helped with both of my kids and has been there through most of my adult GYN career. I trust him and would recommend him to any woman in need of a new gynecologist.

So far I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here. I had no problem getting an appointment at this practice. I saw Dr.Grimm on 3 separate occasions. He takes the time to listen to your questions and you don’t feel rushed at all. He made me feel at ease about my situation and was able to provide me with the medical care I needed. There was also a minimal wait for each of my appointments. Overall, I’m very happy!

I have dealt with rude staff over the years at this location and now at the Oakton office, this situation happened. I was running 15 minutes late this morning after burning myself with coffee in my kitchen. I called ahead to let them know and they yelled at me to reschedule. I told them I will be right there and they told me I could only be 15 minutes late. I ran right in the door at that time and they refused to see me! It is no longer worth it to me to keep going particularly when the providers I liked are leaving.
