Do NOT go to this office. They never informed me how much my visit was going to cost. I had No idea how expensive it was until I received the bill, it was never communicated. Had I known the costs associated with the visit I would have not had it done.
Dr. Kristen Miller was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for gynecological care.
I had an experience that has become more traumatic as the years have gone by. Dr. Roy Brooks made several inappropriate comments that I didn’t fully process at the time. I had a very disappointing interaction with the front desk staff member, Flor, during a phone call on November 14th. I’ve had wonderful experiences with everyone else at this clinic, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review......She was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me while I was asking important questions about my recent visit, lab work, and recurring symptoms. I saw Dr Lisa Headley this week as I was concerned about problematic symptoms I was having. She is kind and caring and made me feel completely at ease. She even arranged an ultrasound to be done within the hour of my checkup. Everything turned out to be normal and I am so grateful for her professionalism and how she arranged the next step of my exam so I could go home without any future worries. I would highly recommend her to others! She is a gem!
