I have been a patient for over 20 years and the front desk staff is what has made me decide to move to a different OB/GYN’s Office. They are the most unprofessional and rude group of people. I would be embarrassed to be the office manager of this location with such behavior. I am so thankful to never have to step foot in the door of this place ever again.
I had a new, concerning problem and made an appointment with Israel Alter because he was soonest available. Immediately upon meeting him I knew something was off. He had a terse and uncomfortable bedside manner. But what's worst of all is the way he proceeded to prod and poke without any discussion about what he was about to do or what I might experience. I asked directly him to tell me what he was going to do. To which he replied with the medical terminology and nothing else as he inserted the speculum. At one point, seated... read more

Capital Women’s Care will milk patients with unnecessary medical assessments. Yearly preventive appointments should not have surprise assessments and charges! Patients beware! Shady practices like this further destroy any small trust in our capitalist medical system.
