Staff was nice, doctor was informative and helpful, and the Pap smear was quick.
PA Lisa Lewis was the BEST, she thoroughly explained everything and make the appointment quick and painless. I would highly recommend making an appointment for her, especially for someone’s first well woman check. She is thorough and patient while also being reassuring and supportive. I will be sure to return in the future.
I had an appointment at 8:30am on June 22nd 2026. I arrived exactly at 8:30am only to be turned away because I did not arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out new patient paperwork. On your website, it says you are open at 8:30am. Why would I come in before that? Another thing noted was the lights in the waiting area were very dim and there were no patients in the waiting area. The actual care experience was wonderful. Exam felt thorough, but not invasive. Dr. Peters was gentle throughout. She had a wonderful demeanor, was very patient, and answered my questions thoughtfully. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and personable. I'm excited to continue care here. My only gripe is with the parking situation, I would arrive early if you haven't parked here before as the garage and layout is confusing.
