I had a good experience with the staff and with Dr. Crystal Roach. Scheduling was easy and flexible if needed and the staff are polite and friendly. Dr. Roach has an excellent bedside manner. Looking forward to being a long term patient of the practice.
My first prenatal appt with Dr. Ein was one of the worst ob/gyn appts I've ever had. The internal exam was VERY uncomfortable as the spectulum was shoved in fast and deep. When I asked him important questions about risk factors he mocked me and/or dismissed them. Two of the questions, he answered incorrectly. One of those resulted in me not being given the choice of a test I would have taken if I had been correctly offered it. Dr. Arsina Peters is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is very kind, respectful, and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. She treats patients extremely well and creates a comfortable, welcoming environment. I felt respected and well cared for during my visit, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional doctor. Thank you so much all of staff is very good
