What a terrible visit with Dr. Bouchelion. I’ve seen her throughout the years but my last visit made me feel unheard. She dismissed me completely and crammed her last few patients, making my annual visit feel rushed. She needs to work on her bedside manners and read patient charts prior to seeing them. She hasn’t always been the friendliest, but this time around, I had enough and plan to change my GYN.

I filed a formal complaint after a deeply distressing appointment in October. Nearly four months later, nothing has been resolved. What’s been most alarming is the administrative stonewalling: office staff refuse to provide leadership contact information, managers don’t return calls, and I’ve repeatedly been denied the next person in the chain of command. Phenomenal care by Doctor Bouchelion! Dr. Bouchelion was extremely detailed and thoughtful in the responses she gave to my many questions. She considered my opinion and educated me on the topics I presented.
