If I could give 0 stars I would only do it for the medical history person, I don't know why they hire people who don't want to work; this person William AB answered me very badly, he was very rude and then he hung up on me, I need my medical record because I have surgery, and then I called again and he hung up on me again, I have no complaints of the clinic, the doctors and the staff in front, only that person named Willian AB from medical history, he no deserve to work and that place
I had one of the most upsetting and dismissive experiences due to Dr. Bouchelion. As a first-time mom who has experienced loss before, I came into the appointment anxious and hoping for support. Instead, I was met with condescension and judgment.
