I had a very positive experience from start to finish. From scheduling my appointment to checking in to then having my examination, every staff member was wonderful! They were all professional, patient and polite, all things that I appreciate, especially in this day & age. Nurse Selam was as awesome as the online reviews indicated and I'm thankful that I found her! (I didn't like the Rockville office; just went there because it was near my former office). Now, I'll be sticking with Urbana.
Met with Ashley Olszewski, NP. at the Urbana location. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided a clear treatment plan to provide ongoing management of my symptoms. I felt heard and the appt. was not rushed. Ashley went out of her way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was really impressed and will definitely be using this practitioner moving forward.
Easy access, parking lot available, I waited for less than 10 minutes. Dr. Ashley was great. She answered all my questions with amazing knowledge. She was very kind and explained all the steps during the physical exam
It deserve 0 start. Capital Women's care doesn't respect patient's religious believes. It will mandate seeing a make OBGYN doctor even if you pick a female doctor. It is discrimination towards those who observe practicing their religion.
Fast easy checkin. Clean office. Dr. Groff was professional and informative. She was patient and didn’t rush me when I asked questions.
