I’ve been a patient of Dr. I Mufarrij since 99 and I will say although his bedside manner has not changed, the staff’s has. I made my appointment in July and was told if my insurance was not accepted I would RECEIVE A CALL. So finally after several reschedules, 1 missed appointment I finally arrive after an hour and 10 minutes drive to be told my insurance is not accepted. Does anyone in the healthcare industry hire employees who are as responsible as their employers are? Why can’t people follow through and just do their job... read more

TL;DR: This office dismisses patients, ignores birth plans, provides inaccurate medical information, and has long-term consequences for care. I gave birth five years ago, and I am still dealing with the issues this office dismissed. My induction was scheduled with a provider I had never met, who completely disregarded my birth plan and treated me with open rudeness. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Dr. Alex who I saw. He was incredibly respectful and made sure that I felt okay throughout the entire process. They were also very kind and accepting of the fact that I am a transgender man! I would gladly come here again
