I don’t really understand the negative reviews. This is a great office, and the staff has been nothing but kind to me. I see Dr. Silverbrook, and she is a wonderful doctor. She listens, doesn’t rush, and provides great care. I feel grateful to have such a great OBGYN practice so close by.
I love Dr. Sami! He is patient with us, answers all of our questions and concerns. The front desk is okay, I just go here for Dr. Sami!
I had an appointment for April. I noticed that I never received the reminder call or text which doctors offices usually send, so on the day of my appointment I called their office to reconfirm and the staff member who answered told me my appointment had been cancelled. I informed her that no one from their office ever bothered to call to inform me. The staff member then offered to make another appointment for me for July (three months later). Ms. Porter is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I have had her for a couple years and always get the best service.
This is the worst place to go for women's care. The staff are the worst group of healthcare workers in the world. They are so rude and lies between their teeth to cover their incompetencies. When you call on the phone, they will keep you hold and go for their break. When they come back, they have no appologies. They find it difficult to give you your result. You will call for weeks and weeks and fight so hard to answer to your results. I am highly disappointed with my experience.
