UPDATE MARCH 2025: My monthly calendar reminder popped up to check on this YEARLONG bill saga. CWC told me that this bill would go to collections without any sort of notification if I did not call every month to go through this make-pretend cycle. SURPRISE! CWC has apparently "taken care" of this bill. Without notifying me. Without an apology. Without any reason given. Without updating my customer portal (the bill is still showing as owed). Dr. Moore is awesome! Her willingness to listen and establish rapport with her patients sets her apart from the average provider. She makes you feel like a human being and not a number in the healthcare system. Her bedside manner is infectious! I would highly recommend Dr. Moore to friends and family!
Dr. Kim always provides excellent care! I have been a patient of Capital Women's since 2021, and the office staff has been nothing but wonderful. But Dr. Kim has stood out to me specifically for her patience, understanding, and always making sure she explains treatments and procedures as clearly as possible. She was one of my main providers when I was trying to get pregnant, and worked with me through my high risk twin pregnancy.
UPDATE JANUARY 2025: Still no update from CWC concerning my billing. UPDATE OCTOBER 2024: So I just got another bill from CWC that is from FEBRUARY. The previous billing issue I had concerned two bills from July, and was resolved with CWC corporate's help. I was assured there were no more bills incoming and I had resolved all financial obligations. So why have I received ANOTHER bill nearly 8 months later? I have no idea.
