During a women’s well visit I asked when I was supposed to be concerned with perimenopause. Because of this question was billed an extra fee. Don’t ask any questions or they charge per question.
I used to go to Capital Women’s Care in Leesburg and in Sterling, but I recently moved and found out that there was a CWC location in Alexandria near me. I made my first appt here for my well woman’s exam and they did not disappoint! I was extremely happy to have a black, female doctor, Dr. Natalie Moore, since I am a Black and Puerto Rican woman. Leslie Shubat was very calming & knowledgeable & put me at ease throughout my exam. She listened to my concerns & offered great advice & suggestions on how to proceed in the future with my treatment.
I had my first appointment with Adebusola Awosanya, MD at Capital Women's Care which was a calming experience. The staff was friendly. The office atmosphere was cozy. The actual appointment was great. She answered my questions, listened with empathy to my concerns and was very respectful throughout the entire check up. I look forward to continuing my gynecological health journey with her.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! The Doctors are phenomenal! Saved my daughter & I life, who is now 4 & was born at 23 weeks. The issue is their admin staff and billing department. I been with CWC since 2014 or 2015. The moment they received these new admins & billing people it caused the doctors to look bad because of their frontline admin staff.
