Love this office the providers are excellent
I have been coming here for over 10years. Dr. Couret is the best. I wouldn't go any other place. Love the nurses and front desk staff. They are always helpful with rescheduling and answering my questions. They just got a mammogram machine. Very convenient.
Had an appointment on a Thursday at 11:10 am. I received multiple text messages and emails to check in to save time at the office. Received multiple messages about arrival time at 10:55 am including voicemails. I arrived on time, at 10:55, 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Waited in lobby until 11:30 and finally asked them when I would be seen. Receptionist said I would be taken back soon. I got taken back to an exam room about 5 minutes late, only to be told the doctor will at least be 10-15 minutes late. So that would me... read more
Everyone was really nice to me as a new patient. The doctor was also very personable and engaged well with me and had an exceptional bedside manner. I was highly satisfied with the care I received and made super comfortable with uncomfortable topics, the doctor I saw (Victoria Blankman) covered all the bases to make sure everything was ready for the next steps we're going to take in the treatment route.
