I had an appointment with Maddie Mahoney, and I cannot recommend her enough. What is usually a very uncomfortable and out-of-my-comfort-zone experience felt incredibly safe, respectful, and calming. Maddie has such a kind and professional presence, she made me feel heard, at ease, and genuinely cared for. If you’re someone who dreads gynecologist visits, I highly encourage you to see her. She truly made all the difference.
Their front desk staff is by far the worst. Been calling for over 2 hours and haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone from either Greenbrier or Hamaker. How do you not pick up the damn phone? This practice is a joke. They often go on for hours not answering the phone so this is not a first time occurrence. My wife was due any day with a high risk pregnancy and nobody would answer the calls. Being postpartum, she’s still not able to get a hold of anyone after experiencing complications from birth. First of all I would like to thank Dr Patel for her amazing care. She was very helpful when I had my son 2 years ago. I recently had to visit the Greenbrier center and was waiting for my bill in the mail. Instead I received a call from a collection agency. I was confused because I did not receive any bill in the mail. I called the clinic and voiced my concern since this was my second incident with them. 20240522 Dr Sona Patel-Grimm is excellent. She's so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. She's also honest and will say how she feels based on her expertise. I used to see Dr Ivette Couret, who is good, too, but she's a little more reserved. I met Dr Petal-Grimm when I needed an appointment and Dr Couret wasn't available. I prefer someone who is more outgoing. I don't care much about the front desk staff. They are not as friendly.
