After 19 years as a patient (from when the practice was solely Manassas OB/GYN), I am leaving this practice. Back in the day, service was much more personable, the ability to reach a front desk or nurse staff, easier, and getting a call back in a timely manner, a breeze. Now, there is no more Haymarket office, getting a human on the phone, a challenge, and a call back from a nurse for a prescription modification, nearly impossible. I recently visited Capital Women’s Care for a medical condition that was causing me significant discomfort and concern. Multiple appointments for the same issue over the last 2-3 years. Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was incredibly disappointing and ultimately led to a misdiagnosis. From the moment I entered the office, I felt rushed and unwelcome. Everyone was very accommodating and beyond polite. Erin Lawson was wonderful as always. I've been seeing her for years and appreciate her level of care and expertise. I had the pleasure of working with Alanna at the front desk recently, who exceeded all expectations. It's great to see admin and medical staff working well together. I usually dread these appointments. But I always leave happy and impressed with the positive experience.
