I highly recommend Capital Women’s health in Springfield. The staff was super friendly and kind and I had a great experience with Dr. Arreaza. I’m very happy to have found a place like this!
The DNP was amazing! She listened to everything I said and was kind and gentle with me. This was the best experience I have ever had during a PAP.
Ciara Perkins is a wonderful and warm provider. She helped me with a problem I had been having for a while that I didn’t think was worth mentioning. I appreciate that she listens and doesn’t make you feel like you are bothering her when you bring up things that are concerning you or giving you some discomfort.
The billing person doesn't care to call you back. My insurance was billed by them for therapeutic care instead of Medical Care. Does not make sense for a gynecologist to use this medical billing code.
Samantha Wilson is always amazing and attentive to my concerns. She spends quality time with me to ensure I have been heard and has my health in mind when responding. She is also extremely personable. I always appreciate my well visit as that is not something that is the most comfortable thing that women must go through.
