This company is nothing more than an unfeeling factory of gynecologists. I have never experienced anything like this! My teenaged daughter missed a late afternoon appointment due to traffic on the beltway during a storm. Despite living right near a CWC office, the only one with an appointment opening was over a half hour away. She called the office twice from her car to advise of her traffic difficulties. Front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude…should not be in any type of customer facing role.
If there was zero star to give, i would've given them one. Capital care has the worst customer serive that I've ever come across. I had an appointment the first time and a day before my appointment i found out I was going to nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, and i cancelled the appointment twice becuase i refused to see nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. Grossly negligent practice with really rude front office staff. I called at 23 weeks pregnant with spotting and other symptoms requesting an ultrasound - drove 45 minutes out to their other practice for the ultrasound only to be told I couldn’t get one because it wasn’t “time for one”. Ended up having a cord prolapse, hospitalized 26 weeks and delivering 27 weeks. Doctor did a great job with the c-section and I thought they realized their mistake.
