Front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude…should not be in any type of customer facing role.
If there was zero star to give, i would've given them one. Capital care has the worst customer serive that I've ever come across. I had an appointment the first time and a day before my appointment i found out I was going to nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, and i cancelled the appointment twice becuase i refused to see nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. Grossly negligent practice with really rude front office staff. I called at 23 weeks pregnant with spotting and other symptoms requesting an ultrasound - drove 45 minutes out to their other practice for the ultrasound only to be told I couldn’t get one because it wasn’t “time for one”. Ended up having a cord prolapse, hospitalized 26 weeks and delivering 27 weeks. Doctor did a great job with the c-section and I thought they realized their mistake. When I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to find the best doctor, especially if they deliver at iNova Fairfax. After doing some research, I came across Capital Women’s Care. At my first appointment, I had Dr. Leah Foster. She was amazing!! She answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel confident and comfortable that all would be well, especially as a black woman and first-time mom.
