I want to give it a zero if I can. Workers here simply don’t care!!! They just don’t. My first experience calling this office was awful. While I understand they are busy and may need to place callers on hold, the phone etiquette here is nonexistent. Instead of a greeting or asking, 'May I place you on hold?', they pick up the phone, say nothing, and drop the line, repeating this until they finally decide to take your call. Always a good experience. The office is warm, friendly and easy to reach. NP Perkins is warm and friendly and always helpful. I also appreciate that they have good availability if an appointment is needed
