Very informative! Friendly staff!
I’m extremely disappointed with the care and lack of consideration I received at this facility. I made it clear that due to my personal beliefs, I can only be seen by a female doctor. Instead of trying to accommodate me or show any understanding, I was told to just go to another facility. I even asked to speak with a manager to see if something could be done, and they were still very dismissive. It felt like my values and concerns meant nothing. Capital Women's Care was able to give me an appointment quickly to address a situation that was growing worse. I saw Dr. Sapra, the first male gun I had ever seen. He was sensitive,gentle, told me what he was doing as the appointment went on. He let me know the course of treatment. If it can be said about a gyn visit, I am pleased with the experience.
