Very nice and polite staff and doctor as well, the doctor Laura gave me enough time to listen my problems and clear my concerns politely. Nice and maintained office and rooms too. Very much happy and satisfied by the doctor and staff.
I was a loyal patient of Capital Women’s Care for over 13 years, but what was once an exceptional experience has turned into the most distressing medical care I have ever received. After my recent appointment, I would strongly caution any woman considering this practice. Under Dr. Gonzales, my first two pregnancies were handled with outstanding care. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. And my provider Michelle was so friendly when she came in we struck up a conversation about the hockey jersey and socks I was wearing. She was gentle and explained everything she was going to do, let me know when she would be making contact with my body, was as gentle as a pap smear can be, she was a calm presence which kept me calm too. And it was over super quick!
My questions were answered to my satisfaction and I felt that my concerns were addressed by Samantha Wilson, WHNP-BC.
