They are horrible about refilling prescriptions or following through in anything they tell you. They do not respond to phone calls to you or your pharmacy. I'm not sure why I am even bothering seeing them again after this experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Natasha, the medical office manager during my daughter’s recent visit. Not only was her medical visit coded incorrectly, resulting in billing confusion and unnecessary stress but additionally, when I called to clarify the issue, the manager also began to incorrectly speak on my daughter's condition on something my daughter does not even have to begin with. I’m back with another edit (Apr 2025): Dr. Arreaza is excellent, Samantha Wilson is excellent. As for the other doctors -- I get the impression that the doctors who have been here longer are burnt out, and it shows in their attitude and the quality of care provided. Take that as you will.
