My questions were answered to my satisfaction and I felt that my concerns were addressed by Samantha Wilson, WHNP-BC.
They are horrible about refilling prescriptions or following through in anything they tell you. They do not respond to phone calls to you or your pharmacy. I'm not sure why I am even bothering seeing them again after this experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Natasha, the medical office manager during my daughter’s recent visit. Not only was her medical visit coded incorrectly, resulting in billing confusion and unnecessary stress but additionally, when I called to clarify the issue, the manager also began to incorrectly speak on my daughter's condition on something my daughter does not even have to begin with.
