They refused to set up an appointment for me stating they didn’t accept my insurance, yet I was able to make an appointment at another location.

I ended up pregnant at the beginning of this year, this was my first time coming to an OB clinic in Maryland. I will say the nurse practitioner, sonographers, phlebotomist, and medical assistance were amazing. As well as Dr. Barris, Dr. Hundley and Lauren burnham. Very kind a loving providers Unfortunately, I miscarried in April due to having an incompetent cervix. My previous pregnancy recommended me to have a cerclage done to help me keep my baby. I went for a check and I have results on the portal. I dont know what the results mean no doctor or nurse has called me in days. I have left several messages at the number to speak with a triage nurse. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication when it comes to my health Update: It is really unfortunate that this clinic hires incompetent individuals to run the office. I'm beyond disappointed to be dropped as a patient during a vulnerable time due to a dispute between this practice and a major insurer. I'm even more disappointed that the provider is acting, in bad faith, as though UHC is the only party responsible for the dispute. If CWC wished to contest UHC's version of events, published a full week ago, they could easily clear the air. They have not done so.
