Upon arrival, I was asked to register at the “kiosk” (computer attached to the counter) by scanning my driver’s license and insurance card, both of which I could have done anytime after making the appointment. The paperwork they had me fill out consisted only of HIPAA consent and a list of symptoms to check off, neither of which would have been possible until the day of my appointment. I’ve been a client here for years, however when I call for prescriptions I never receive a call back or ever can get in contact with the prescription specialist. I’ve been calling for two weeks and haven’t received a phone call or an answer even after calling daily.
