I haven’t visited this practice in over a year because of the lack of quality in the services but because I’m seeing a physician now that exemplifies stellar service I felt the need to warn future patients from going to this practice, and to give patients hope that although this practice is horrible there are other great physicians out there if you just do your research. Very good service from start to finish
The scheduler in the office was talking to the receptionist and called me a liar today and didn’t care if I heard it. I spoke to the nurse and she informed me that she would be talking to the office manager about it. They need to be careful about who they have working in the office because she is a liability for them. I should have checked out the other reviews because it seems everyone has the same issues with this one girl. The nurse and doctor were wonderful but I won’t be coming back.
